Please read the Subscribtion  Terms & Conditions carefully before using GoatPlus services. By completing a subscription or using our platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Service Availability and Continuity

At GoatPlus, we strive to provide stable and reliable services. However, some services may be affected by technical factors, updates, or changes from external parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all applications or services will remain available or operate continuously for a specific period.

2. Subscriptions and Activation

* Subscriptions are activated after successful payment completion and order verification.

* Due to the digital nature of our services, which are activated immediately after purchase, subscription cancellation or refunds may not be available after activation, except where required by applicable laws and regulations.

* Users are responsible for ensuring that their device and requirements are compatible with the service before completing a subscription.

3. Compensation Policy

If a tehnical issue affects access to the service after subscription activation, the GoatPlus team will work to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible.

* Compensation requests are evaluated based on the duration of the interruption and the nature of the issue.

* Free subscription extensions may be provided as compensation for significant service interruptions.

* Technical issues are generally addressed within a maximum period of 7 days, depending on the nature of the situation and technical circumstances.

4. Devices and Subscription Transfer

* After activating the subscription and linking it to the user’s device, transferring the subscription to another device may not be possible.

* Users must ensure they select the correct device before completing activation.

5. System and Application Updates

* Users may update their device or perform a system reset; however, some services may be affected depending on updates or technical changes.

* We do not guarantee that all applications or features will remain available or function in the future due to updates or changes to systems.

6. Proper Use of the Service

Users agree not to:

* Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or its services.

* Share or resell subscriptions without authorization.

* Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or harms other users.
